For nearly three decades, attorney Birger Schade has been a reliable and strong partner for employees and companies throughout Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
After studying law in Bielefeld and Münster, he co-founded the Wismar office together with Susanne König in 1997.
Through his early specialisation and the award of the title “Specialist Lawyer for Employment Law” in 2009, he represents his clients’ interests with the highest professional expertise and in-depth experience before the competent labour courts.
Beyond his practice, attorney Birger Schade serves on several supervisory boards and lectures at the Expert Konzern Akademie für Wirtschafts- und Arbeitsrecht (Expert Group Academy for Business and Employment Law).

Attorney Susanne König has been guiding clients with empathy and strategic insight through complex family transitions since co-founding the Wismar office in 1997.
She completed her law studies at Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität in Münster, where she laid the foundation for her legal specialisation.
Since 2016, she officially holds the qualified title “Specialist Lawyer for Family Law” and stands for tailored, legally sound solutions across northern Germany.
